HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

  • Once the order is approved, the process may take 7-30 business days; shipping may be an additional 2-3 days.

  • Do I really have to send a sketch? I cannot draw.

  • Do you really want this item? I don’t expect anything perfect. I know if you could draw, you wouldn’t need me and you’d do it yourself.

  • What shipping method do you use?

    • USPS (tracking provided); most frequently used

    • Fed-Ex (tracking provided)

    • UPS

 All other international orders are shipped first class international mail via USPS. YES!!! We ship internationally. 

 

What is your return policy?
We are committed to making sure our customers are 110% satisfied. However, since each piece is customized, one of a kind, and made upon request, returns are not accepted. If an item is wrong (misspelled, color, etc..) you will receive a 10% refund on the finalized price. If an item is broken, send the item back so WE (not you) can do a claim on the item of service shipped and the item will be remade for free. 

If an item is damaged and we are not informed within 5 days (time for a claim to be processed), you will have to reorder a new item. Photos will also be needed for a claim for the processor to see the damage, therefore, we will need a photo of the damage from you to send to them. There will be no “oh I have an item I bought from you 1 or 2 years ago and I broke it”…ummm…??? Are you ready to purchase a new item?

I cannot take away from myself the time and labor put into these items once they have been shipped and delivered. You will be sent a photo of your finalized project before it is sent to you. If you are approved a refund percentage, it will automatically be credited back to the method of payment in your original transaction of checkout.

If an item is ordered and needed by a certain date but is not delivered timely, you will receive 50% of the cost of your item back. The other 50% will not be returned due to the cost of item and labor. 

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Cashapp: $youvebeentouched (a 3% fee will be added for each app transaction due to app fee) Square Cash (in person only). No checks accepted unless it is from an organization or chapter (no personal checks). Receipts given upon request or sent via email.
